Welding & forming
A fire extinguisher or hydrant body has to hold pressure without fail. Haofeng welds and forms pressure-bearing bodies in-house, under controlled welding parameters, so every seam is built to its rated working pressure — not assembled from bought-in shells of unknown origin.
Cylinder bodies and structural assemblies are formed and welded to consistent geometry, then prepared for pressure rating and testing. Controlling welding in our own plant means we control the variable that matters most for a pressure vessel: weld integrity.
Welding and forming feed directly into our 100% pressure-testing stage, closing the loop between how a body is built and how it is proven — pressure-bearing equipment a buyer can trust, and document, to EN and GB requirements.
